HOUSTON, May 21, 2026 —
Resilient Energy Inc. (OTC: RENI) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bullet SWD LLC, entered into a joint venture with an established U.S. oilfield services operator founded in 2007. The operator has a history of revenue and profitability and serves major energy companies, including Fortune 500 customers.
The joint venture is designed to provide coordinated logistics and operational support for the transportation of liquids, gases, oilfield equipment, and saltwater destined for disposal facilities.
Under the arrangement, Resilient Energy will supply and maintain specialized tools and equipment, including industrial centrifuges and fluid-handling, filtration, storage, injection, and supervisory control and data acquisition systems.
The operating partner reported annual revenue exceeding $15 million and is expected to introduce the joint venture’s services to its existing customer network. At the date of the release, manufacturing, acquisition, and installation of equipment had begun, with the company anticipating initial revenue before the end of summer 2026.
