Global Export-Import llc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Resilient Energy Inc., was established in order to take advantage of management’s extensive industry knowledge and networks to create an additional revenue stream for shareholders. The company owns and operates a textile factory in the country of Ghana, which produces a variety of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing for various importers around the world. With an extensive network in Ghana, the company wishes to expand trade with the United States and elsewhere and is currently looking to facilitate the import of commodities and consumer goods both into Ghana, West Africa, and elsewhere.

Jon Bianco
CEO and Secretary
Mr. Bianco began in the corporate finance industry, focusing on wastewater disposal treatment. He was the CEO and President of a Canadian public company with wastewater disposal sites and a pipeline. Recently, he served as head of corporate finance for Coastal Securities in Houston. Mr. Bianco holds a BS in Economics from SMU and an MBA from Emory Goizueta Business School.
Marc Pindus
President and CFO
Marc Pindus has had a long and successful career in both financial and insurance consulting at the retail level and has been involved with various entrepreneurial ventures and public service. He has raised millions of dollars for private and public projects, including Three Forks Inc., the precursor to Resilient Energy, and the Morris County School of Technology, of which Mr. Pindus was the founding President and was responsible for over 100 employees. The school is now the magnet school district for Morris County NJ, and has been designated by the federal government as a blue-ribbon school. The Math, Science, and Engineering Academy students finish consistently near the top of the rankings in both SAT scores and grades. Mr. Pindus helped develop and approve not only the school’s original design but also its staff and curriculum. His goal with Resilient Energy is to build the company into a highly profitable public entity responsible to both the public and its shareholders. Marc Pindus received his BA degree from the University of Virginia where he majored in economics and played on the tennis team where he received his varsity letter.
